DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to encourage use of voluntary feedback mechanisms, where appropriate, to support continual improvement of the acquisition process.

The Green Building Advisory Committee provides advice to GSA as a mandatory federal advisory committee, as specified in the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA) and in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). OMB approved this information collection for use through December 31, 2020. DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a correction to FAC 2020-07; FAR Case 2018-005; Modifications to Cost or Pricing Data Requirements; Item IV; which published in the Federal Register on July 2, 2020. This correction makes editorial changes to correct erroneous dates to the affected FAR sections.

OMB authorized information collection 9000-0201 as an emergency collection. This notice announces the availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), which examines the potential impacts of a proposal by the General Services Administration (GSA) to address long-term housing for the tenants of the Chet Holifield Federal Building (CHFB). The building is owned and managed by GSA and is occupied by various federal agency tenants, with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) serving as the largest tenant.
