Land Between The Lakes Advisory Board
The Land Between The Lakes Advisory Board (Board) will meet in Golden Pond, Kentucky. The Board is authorized under section 450 of the Land Between The Lakes Protection Act of 1998 (Act) and operates in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The purpose of the Board is to advise the Secretary of Agriculture on the means of promoting public participation for the land and resource management plan for the recreation area; and environmental education. Boundary Description and Final Map for Grande Ronde Wild and Scenic River, Umatilla National Forest (OR and WA), Wallowa Whitman National Forest (WA) and Bureau of Land Management (WA).
In accordance with section 3(b) of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, the USDA Forest Service, Washington Office, is transmitting the final boundary description and map of the Grande Ronde Wild and Scenic River to Congress.
