Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request
The Federal Trade Commission (``FTC'' or ``Commission'') requests that the Office of Management and Budget (``OMB'') extend for an additional three years the current Paperwork Reduction Act (``PRA'') clearance for the information collection requirements in the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act regulations (``FPLA Rules''). That clearance expires on April 30, 2021.

The consent agreement in this matter settles alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair or deceptive acts or practices. The attached Analysis of Proposed Consent Order to Aid Public Comment describes both the allegations in the draft complaint and the terms of the consent orderembodied in the consent agreement that would settle these allegations.
Prohibition of Energy Market Manipulation Rule Review
The Federal Trade Commission (``Commission'') has completed its regulatory review of its Prohibition of Energy Market Manipulation Rule implementing Section 811 of Subtitle B of Title VIII of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007. This regulatory review is part of the Commission's periodic review of all its regulations and guides. The Commission has determined to retain the Rule in its present form.
