The consent agreements in this matter settle alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair methods of competition. The attached Analysis of Agreement Containing Consent Order to Aid Public Comment describes both the allegations in the complaints and the terms of the consent ordersembodied in the consent agreementsthat would settle these allegations.

The Federal Trade Commission (``FTC'' or ``Commission'') requests public comments on its Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (``Endorsement Guides'' or ``Guides''). The Commission is soliciting the comments as part of its systematic review of all current Commission regulations and guides.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (``PRA''), the Federal Trade Commission (``FTC'' or ``Commission'') is seeking public comment on its proposal to extend for an additional three years the Office of Management and Budget clearance for information collection requirements in its ``Fair Credit Reporting Risk-Based Pricing Regulations'' (``Risk-Based Pricing Rule''), which applies to certain motor vehicle dealers, and its shared enforcement with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (``CFPB'') of the risk- based pricing provisions (subpart H) of the CFPB's Regulation V regarding other entities. The current clearance expires on July 31, 2020.

The Federal Trade Commission (``FTC'' or ``Commission'') is requesting public comment on its Trade Regulation Rule entitled ``Funeral Industry Practices Rule'' (``Funeral Rule'' or ``Rule''). The Rule defines unfair and deceptive practices in the sale of funeral goods and services and prescribes preventive requirements to protect against these practices. The Commission is soliciting comments about the efficiency, costs, benefits, and regulatory impact of the Rule as part of its systematic review of all current Commission regulations and guides. All interested persons are hereby given notice of the opportunity to submit written data, views, and arguments concerning the Rule.
