This notice seeks comment on the proposed Table, which establishes the maximum rates that DHS will pay for US&R Task Force physicians, engineers and canine handlers as ``Affiliated Personnel'' or for backfill positions for activated US&R System Members employed by or otherwise associated with a for-profit ``Participating Agency.''
