Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request
The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take the opportunity to comment on the renewal of existing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35). On April 23, 2013, the FDIC requested comment for 60 days on a proposal to renew the following information collections: Securities of Insured Nonmember Banks, OMB Control No. 3064-0030, Activities and Investments of Savings Associations, OMB Control No. 3064-0104, and Forms Relating to Outside Counsel, Legal Support & Expert Services, OMB Control No. 3064-0122. No comments were received. The FDIC hereby gives notice of its plan to submit to OMB a request to approve the renewal of these collections, and again invites comment on these renewals.

The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the renewal of an existing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35). Currently, the FDIC is soliciting comment on renewal of the information collection described below.
Semiannual Agenda of Regulations
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is hereby publishing items for the spring 2013 Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions. The Agenda contains information about FDIC's current and projected rulemakings, existing regulations under review, and completed rulemakings.
Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions-Spring 2013
Twice a year, in spring and fall, the Commission publishes in the Federal Register a list in the Unified Agenda of those major items and other significant proceedings under development or review that pertain to the Regulatory Flexibility Act (See 5 U.S.C. 602). The Unified Agenda also provides the Code of Federal Regulations citations and legal authorities that govern these proceedings.
Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for Office of Management and Budget Review; Comment Request; Transfer Agent Registration and Amendment Form
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) are announcing that a proposed collection of information renewal is being submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
Proposed Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request Re Occasional Qualitative Surveys
The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), to comment on renewal of an existing information collection as required by the PRA. On May 10, 2013 (78 FR 27388), the FDIC solicited public comment for a 60-day period on renewal without change of its information collection entitled, ``Occasional Qualitative Surveys'' (OMB No. 3064-0127). No comments were received. Therefore, the FDIC hereby gives notice of submission of its request for renewal to OMB for review.
Advisory Committee on Community Banking; Notice of Meeting
In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the FDIC Advisory Committee on Community Banking, which will be held in Washington, DC. The Advisory Committee will provide advice and recommendations on a broad range of policy issues that have particular impact on small community banks throughout the United States and the local communities they serve, with a focus on rural areas.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection Renewal; Comment Request Re: Certified Statement for Semiannual Deposit Insurance Assessment
In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), the FDIC may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on renewal of its Certified Statement for Semiannual Deposit Insurance Assessment information collection (OMB No. 3064-0057). At the end of the comment period, any comments and recommendations received will be analyzed to determine the extent to which the collections should be modified prior to submission to OMB for review and approval.

No comments were received. The FDIC hereby gives notice of its plan to submit to OMB a request to approve the renewal of this collection, and again invites comment on this renewal.

The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (4 U.S.S. chapter 35), to comment on renewal of an existing information collection as required by the PRA. On April 23, 2013 (78 FR 23933), the FDIC solicited pubic comment for a 60-day period on renewal without change of its information collection entitled, ``Appraisal Standards'' (OMB No. 3064-0103). No comments were received. Therefore, the FDIC hereby gives notice of submission of its request for renewal to OMB for review.
