We are superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2017-11-06, for all Pratt & Whitney (PW) PW2037, PW2037D, PW2037M, PW2040, PW2040D, PW2043, PW2143, PW2643, and F117-PW-100 turbofan engine models. AD 2017-11-06 required initial and repetitive on-wing eddy current inspections (ECIs) of affected engines with certain diffuser and high- pressure turbine (HPT) cases installed. AD 2017-11-06 also required a fluorescent-penetrant inspection (FPI) of the diffuser case rear flange and the HPT case front flange. This AD requires an on-wing ECI of all diffuser case M-flange replacement repairs. This AD was prompted by a rupture of the diffuser-to-HPT case flange. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus SAS Model A318 and A319 series airplanes, Model A320-211, -212, -214, -216, -231, -232, and -233 airplanes, and Model A321-111, -112, - 131, -211, -212, -213, -231, and -232 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report that taperloks used in a certain wing-to-fuselage junction were found to be non-compliant with the applicable specification, resulting in a loss of pre-tension in the fasteners. This AD requires repetitive special detailed inspections of the center and outer wing box lower stiffeners and panels at a certain junction on the left- and right-hand sides for any cracking, and repair if necessary, as specified in an European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is incorporated by reference. This AD also provides an optional modification, which would terminate the repetitive inspections. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

This notice contains a summary of a petition seeking relief from specified requirements of Federal Aviation Regulations. The purpose of this notice is to improve the public's awareness of, and participation in, the FAA's exemption process. Neither publication of this notice nor the inclusion or omission of information in the summary is intended to affect the legal status of the petition or its final disposition.

The FAA is issuing this notice to advise the public of a meeting of the REDAC.

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica S.A. (Embraer) Model EMB-135ER, - 135KE, -135KL, and -135LR airplanes and Model EMB-145, -145ER, -145MR, -145LR, -145XR, -145MP, and -145EP airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of internal corrosion of the stow/transit switches installed in the engine thrust reversers. This AD requires installation of new stow/ transit switches. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

We are superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2016-07-23, which applied to all Airbus SAS Model A318 and A319 series airplanes; Model A320-211, A320-212, A320-214, A320-216, A320-231, A320-232, and A320-233 airplanes; and Model A321-111, A321-112, A321-131, A321-211, A321-212, A321-213, A321-231, and A321-232 airplanes. AD 2016-07-23 required, for certain airplanes, repetitive replacements of the fixed fairing upper and lower attachment studs of both the left-hand (LH) and right-hand (RH) main landing gear (MLG); and repetitive inspections for corrosion, wear, fatigue cracking, and loose studs of each forward stud assembly of the fixed fairing door upper and lower forward attachments of both the LH and RH MLG; and replacement if necessary. AD 2016-07-23 also provided an optional terminating modification for the repetitive replacements of the fixed fairing upper and lower attachment studs. This AD retains the requirements of AD 2016-07-23 and, for certain airplanes, requires re-identification of the LH and RH MLG fixed fairing assemblies' part numbers. This AD was prompted by a determination that for some airplane configurations, associated fixed fairing assembly part numbers susceptible to fatigue cracking were not listed in certain service information required by AD 2016-07-23. In addition, we have determined that additional work is necessary to re- identify the fixed fairing assembly part number on certain airplanes. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Farington Field Airport, Auburn, NE. Controlled airspace is necessary to accommodate new standard instrument approach procedures developed at Farington Field Airport, for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at this airport.

This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface, at Williston Basin International Airport, Williston, ND. Controlled airspace is necessary to accommodate new standard instrument approach procedures developed at Williston Basin International Airport, for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.

This action corrects a final rule technical amendment published in the Federal Register of February 12, 2019, that amends the using agency for restricted areas R-5502A and R-5502B, amends the controlling agency information for R-5502A, and adds exclusion language to the R-5502B boundaries information. This action corrects a typographical error listed in the effective date of that rule.

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Airbus Helicopters Model EC225LP helicopters. This AD requires repetitive inspections of each life raft inflation cylinder percussion system bellcrank (bellcrank). This AD was prompted by reports of jammed bellcranks. The actions of this AD are intended to prevent an unsafe condition on these products.

This action proposes to establish Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Boulder City Muni Airport, NV. This action would support the development of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations under standard instrument approach and departure procedures at the airport, for the safety and management of aircraft within the National Airspace System.

This action proposes to modify the Hawaiian Islands Class E domestic airspace extending upward from 1,200 feet and 5,500 feet above the surface of the earth by removing that portion that extends beyond the Territorial Sea. This action would support the operation of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) under standard instrument approach and departure procedures in the Hawaiian Islands, for the safety and management of aircraft within the National Airspace System.

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Dassault Aviation Model Falcon 10 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report indicating that certain wing anti-ice outboard flexible hoses were found damaged, likely resulting from the installation process. This AD requires repetitive detailed inspections of certain wing anti- ice outboard flexible hoses, and replacement of certain wing anti-ice outboard flexible hoses, as specified in an European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Emergency AD, which is incorporated by reference. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus SAS Model A318-111, -112, -121, and -122 airplanes; Model A319- 111, -112, -113, -114, -115, -131, -132, and -133 airplanes; and Model A320-211, -212, -214, -216, -231, -232, and -233 airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of cracks that were found after improperly performed magnetic particle inspections of the main landing gear (MLG) sliding tubes were done. This AD requires repetitive general visual inspections of the affected MLG sliding tubes for cracks and replacement if necessary. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

This action proposes to remove RNAV route Q-106 which currently extends between the SMELZ, FL, waypoint (WP) and the GADAY, AL, WP. With the implementation additional Q routes by the Florida Metroplex Q-route Project, the FAA has determined that Q-106 is no longer required.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to renew an information collection. The collection involves gathering information from airport sponsors about any establishment, construction, alteration, or change to the status or use of an airport. The FAA uses this information to conduct airport airspace analyses to understand the impact of proposed actions on existing and planned operating procedures, determine potential hazardous effects, and identify any mitigating measures needed to enhance safe air navigation. Additionally, the information updates the aeronautical charts and maps airports having emergency landing or landmark values.

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain The Boeing Company Model 737-600, -700, -700C, -800, -900, and -900ER series airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of passenger service units (PSUs) becoming detached from the supporting airplane structure in several Model 737 series airplanes. This AD requires modifying the PSUs and life vest panels by replacing the existing inboard lanyard and installing two new lanyards on the outboard edge of the PSUs and life vest panels; measuring the distance between the hooks of the torsion spring of the lanyard assembly; replacing discrepant lanyard assemblies; and re-identifying serviceable lanyard assemblies. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Gulfstream Aerospace LP Model Gulfstream G150 airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of corrosion in the solder joints of the upper and lower front relay box connectors to the printed circuit board. This AD requires replacement of the existing relay boxes with modified boxes. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to renew an information collection. The collection involves information used to issue special flight authorizations for non-revenue transports and non-transport jet operations of Stage 2 airplanes at U.S. airports. Only a minimal amount of data is requested to identify the affected parties and determine whether the purpose for the flight is one of those enumerated by law. This collection is required under the Airport Noise and Capacity Act of 1990 (as amended by Pub. L. 106-113) and the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012.

Notice is being given that the FAA is considering a request from Martha's Vineyard Airport to change the current land use from aeronautical use to non-aeronautical use of a 52.41-acre parcel of land. The parcel is located in the Southeastern quadrant of the airport and is currently used for the Airport Business Park. The development does not impact existing aviation land needs nor impacts future aviation land needs of the airport per their most current Airport Layout Plan. The airport obtains fair market value for the lease of the land and is deposited in the airports operations and maintenance account.

This action proposes to amend Class D and Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport, (previously Hernando County Airport), Brooksville, FL, by recognizing the airport's name change and updating the airport's geographic coordinates. Also, Class E surface airspace would be removed as it is no longer necessary. Controlled airspace is necessary for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at this airport. This action also would replace the outdated term Airport/Facility Directory with the term Chart Supplement in the legal descriptions of associated Class D airspace of this airport.

We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all The Boeing Company Model 737-100, 737-200, 737-200C, 737-300, 737-400, and 737-500 series airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by reports of cracks in the frame webs below the passenger floor. This proposed AD would require repetitive inspections for cracking of the fuselage lower lobe frames, and applicable on-condition actions. This proposed AD would also provide an optional terminating action for certain repetitive inspections. We are proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
