The Office of Federal Procurement Policy, Cost Accounting Standards Board, invites public comments concerning a Staff Discussion Paper (SDP) on conformance of the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

OMB is issuing its Final Sequestration Report to the President and Congress for Fiscal Year 2019 to report on compliance of enacted 2019 discretionary appropriations legislation with the discretionary caps. The report finds that enacted appropriations are within the discretionary caps for 2019. As a result, a sequestration of discretionary budget authority is not required in 2019.

This report is being published as required by the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go (PAYGO) Act of 2010. The Act requires that OMB issue an annual report and a sequestration order, if necessary.
