Equal Employment Opportunity Commission June 2020 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (``EEOC'' or ``Commission'') is issuing a final rule that revises its Federal sector complaint processing regulations to address when a complainant may file a civil action after having previously filed an administrative appeal or request for reconsideration with the EEOC. The final rule also contains certain editorial changes.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is announcing that it is reopening the comment period for the proposed rule on Official Time in Federal Sector Cases Before the Commission for an additional 60 days. The original comment period ended on February 10, 2020.
