Technical Guidelines Development Committee (TGDC) Notice of Vacancy
Pursuant to 52 U.S.C. 20961 and the Charter of the EAC Technical Guidelines Development Committee (TGDC), the EAC is posting this notice of vacancy. Any vacancy in the TGDC shall be filled in the manner in which the original appointment was made. The vacancy shall be filled jointly by the EAC and the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) gives notice that it is requesting from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the information collection of four Testing and Certification forms.

As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) gives notice that it is requesting from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the information collection EAC Federal Financial Report (EAC-FFR).
Voting System Anomaly Reporting and Root Cause Analysis; Survey and Submission to OMB of Proposed Collection of Information
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the EAC announces an information collection and seeks public comment on the provisions thereof. The EAC intends to submit this proposed information collection to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget for approval. The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) is publishing two information collecting forms for its Voting System Testing and Certification Program. The information collected is to be used to improve the quality of voting systems used in federal elections. Participation in this program is voluntary. The program is mandated by the Help America Vote Act (HAVA).

2022 Election Administration and Voting Survey; Survey and Submission to OMB of Proposed Collection of Information
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the EAC announces an information collection and seeks public comment on the provisions thereof. The EAC intends to submit this proposed information collection (2022 Election Administration and Voting Survey, or EAVS) to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget for approval. The 2022 EAVS asks election officials questions concerning voting and election administration, including the following topics: Voter registration; overseas and military voting; voting by mail; early in- person voting; polling operations; provisional voting; voter participation; election technology; election policy; and other related issues.
