The PRA submission describes the nature of the information collection and its expected cost and burden and it includes the actual data collection instrument.
Veteran and Spouse Transitional Assistance Grant Program
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is implementing provisions in the Johnny Isakson and David P. Roe, M.D. Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act to establish the Veteran and Spouse Transitional Assistance Grant Program (VSTAGP). This final rule addresses general grant application procedures and requirements to apply for VSTAGP grant funding and adopts the proposed rule with some corrections and clarifying changes.

Veterans Benefits Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed revision of a currently approved collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice.
