Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is hereby given that the VA is modifying the system of records entitled, ``Veteran Child Care ProgramsVA'' (169VA10NC). This system is used to assist VA in assessing whether it should and can feasibly assist qualified Veterans who need childcare to receive health care services.
