Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review: VHA Homeless Programs-Project CHALENG (Community Homelessness Assessment, Local Education and Networking Groups) for Veterans
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, this notice announces that the Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, will submit the collection of information abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comment. The PRA submission describes the nature of the information collection and its expected cost and burden and it includes the actual data collection instrument.

Office of Acquisition and Logistics (OAL), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed extension of a currently approved collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice.
Nomenclature Change for Position Title
The Department of Veterans Affairs is amending its regulations to revise the title of the ``Director, Loan Guaranty Service'' to ``Executive Director, Loan Guaranty Service'' and to remove references to the position of ``Deputy Under Secretary for Economic Opportunity.'' These amendments reflect current agency organizational structure and are necessary to ensure consistency between the agency and its regulations.
