Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Privacy Act of 1974 requires that all agencies publish in the Federal Register a notice of the existence and character of their systems of records. Notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is establishing a new system of records entitled, ``Caregiver Support Program Caregiver Record Management Application (CARMA)VA'' (197VA10) formerly included and described in the ``Enrollment and Eligibility Records-VA'' (147VA10NF1) last amended in the Federal Register on July 14, 2016.
Agency Information Collection Activity: Eligibility Verification Reports (EVRs)
Veteran's Benefits Administration (VBA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed extension of a currently approved collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice.
