The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published a notice in a Federal Register on April 30, 2013 (78 FR 25359), inviting the public to comment on a proposed information collection titled ``Principles of Excellence Complaint Intake Questionnaire, VA Form 22-0959''. This document withdraws that notice. However, VA plans to republish a revised notice for this information collection to seek approval to collect the information electronically by leveraging the systems architecture of the Department of Defense's Complaint System.

This notice solicits comments on the information needed to provide supportive services grants to private non-profit organizations and consumer cooperatives, who will coordinate or provide supportive services to very low-income Veteran families residing in permanent housing, are homeless and scheduled to become residents of permanent housing within a specified time period.
