The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a continuing information collection as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). In accordance with the requirements of the PRA, the OCC may not conduct or sponsor, and respondents are not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The OCC is soliciting comment concerning renewal of its information collection titled, ``Funding and Liquidity Risk Management.''

Public Meeting: Proposal by U.S. Bancorp To Acquire MUFG Union Bank, National Association and To Merge MUFG Union Bank, National Association With and Into U.S. Bank National Association
A virtual public meeting will be held regarding the proposal by U.S. Bancorp, Minneapolis, Minnesota to acquire MUFG Union Bank, National Association, San Francisco, California, pursuant to the Bank Holding Company Act, and to merge MUFG Union Bank with and into U.S. Bancorp's subsidiary national bank, U.S. Bank National Association, Cincinnati, Ohio, pursuant to the Bank Merger Act. The purpose of the meeting is to collect information related to factors the Board and OCC consider when making determinations under the Bank Holding Company Act and the Bank Merger Act.

The OCC proposed revisions to a regulatory reporting requirement for national banks and Federal savings associations titled, ``Company-Run Annual Stress Test Reporting Template and Documentation for Covered Institutions with Total Consolidated Assets of $250 Billion or More under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act,'' and is now seeking comment on the final version of those revisions.
