Funding Opportunity: Bond Guarantee Program
This NOGA is published in connection with the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program, administered by the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund), the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury). Through this NOGA, the CDFI Fund announces the availability of up to $500 million of Guarantee Authority in FY 2023. This NOGA explains application submission and evaluation requirements and processes, and provides agency contacts and information on CDFI Bond Guarantee Program outreach. Parties interested in being approved for a Guarantee under the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program must submit Qualified Issuer Applications and Guarantee Applications for consideration in accordance with this NOGA. Capitalized terms used in this NOGA and not defined elsewhere are defined in the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program regulations (12 CFR 1808.102) and the CDFI Program regulations (12 CFR 1805.104).

Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council (IRSAC); Nominations
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking new members to serve on the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council (IRSAC). Applications are currently being accepted for appointments that will begin in January 2024. IRSAC members are drawn from substantially diverse backgrounds representing a cross-section of the taxpaying public with substantial, disparate experience in: tax preparation for individuals, small businesses and large, multi-national corporations; tax-exempt and government entities; information reporting; and taxpayer or consumer advocacy. Nominations of qualified individuals may come from individuals or organizations; applications should describe and document the proposed member's qualifications for IRSAC.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Information Collection Renewal; Submission for OMB Review; Securities Offering Disclosure Rules
The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites comment on the renewal of an information collection as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The OCC is soliciting comment concerning renewal of an information collection titled ``Securities Offering Disclosure Rules.'' The OCC also is giving notice that it has sent the collection to OMB for review.
Section 30D New Clean Vehicle Credit
This document contains proposed regulations regarding the Federal income tax credit under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 for the purchase of qualifying new clean vehicles, including new plug-in electric vehicles powered by an electric battery meeting certain requirements and new qualified fuel cell vehicles. These proposed regulations would affect eligible taxpayers who purchase new vehicles that qualify for the credit.

Funding Opportunities: Bank Enterprise Award (BEA) Program; FY 2023 Funding Round
This NOFA is issued in connection with the fiscal year (FY) 2023 funding round of the Bank Enterprise Award Program (BEA Program). The BEA Program is administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund). Through the BEA Program, the CDFI Fund awards formula-based grants to depository institutions that are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for increasing their levels of loans, investments, Service Activities, and technical assistance to residents and businesses in the most economically Distressed Communities, and financial assistance and technical assistance to Certified Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) through equity investments, equity-like loans, grants, stock purchases, loans, deposits, and other forms of assistance, during a specified period.
