The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) proposes to establish the approximately 200 square-mile ``Verde Valley'' viticultural area in Yavapai County, Arizona. The proposed viticultural area is not located within, nor does it contain, any other established viticultural area. TTB designates viticultural areas to allow vintners to better describe the origin of their wines and to allow consumers to better identify wines they may purchase. TTB invites comments on this proposed addition to its regulations.

The proposed amendments are intended to continue the agencies' efforts to improve and streamline the regulations implementing section 13 of the BHC Act by modifying and clarifying requirements related to the covered fund provisions.

On January 9, 2020, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) (collectively, the agencies) published in the Federal Register a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) entitled ``Community Reinvestment Act Regulations'' proposing comprehensive amendments to the rules implementing the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). The NPR provided for a 60-day comment period, which would have closed on March 9, 2020. The FDIC and the OCC have determined that an extension of the comment period until April 8, 2020, is appropriate. This action will allow interested persons additional time to analyze the proposal and prepare their comments.

Through the NACA Program, the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund provides (i) FA awards of up to $1 million to Certified Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) serving Native American, Alaska Native, or Native Hawaiian populations or Native American areas defined as Federally- designated reservations, Hawaiian homelands, Alaska Native Villages and U.S. Census Bureau-designated Tribal Statistical Areas (collectively, ``Native Communities'') to build their financial capacity to lend to Eligible Markets and/or their Target Markets, and (ii) TA grants of up to $150,000 to build Certified, and Emerging CDFIs' organizational capacity to serve Eligible Markets and/or their Target Markets, and Sponsoring Entities ability to create Certified CDFIs that serve Native Communities.
