The FHWA, on behalf of the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by ADOT and other relevant Federal agencies that are final. The actions relate to the Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the proposed project Interstate 10 Corridor Study: State Route 202L to State Route 387 in Maricopa County and Pinal County, Arizona (AZ). The actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.
