Notice of Final Federal Agency Actions on Proposed Highway in California
The FHWA, on behalf of Caltrans, is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans, that are final. The actions relate to a proposed highway project on State Route 55 (Post Miles 10.4 to R17.9) in the Cities of Orange, Tustin, Santa Ana, and Anaheim in the County of Orange, State of California. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.

Buy America Waiver Notification
This notice provides information regarding FHWA's finding that it is appropriate to grant a Buy America waiver to the Inter-Island Ferry Authority (IFA) of Alaska for procurement of foreign iron and steel components for refurbishment of two ferry vessels, specifically including (i) two sets of reduction gear replacement parts, one for the M/V Stikine ferry and the other for the M/V Prince of Wales ferry; and (ii) one set of pitch control units for the M/V Prince of Wales ferry.

Notice of Availability of the Record of Decision for the SR-241/SR-91 Tolled Express Lanes Connector Project Supplemental Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement: Orange County, California
In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has prepared a Record of Decision (ROD) for the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (Supplemental EIR/EIS) developed for the SR-241/SR-91 Tolled Express Lanes Connector Project. By this Notice, the FHWA is announcing the availability of the ROD. This supplemental environmental analysis was prepared to analyze buildout of the Eastern Transportation Corridor (ETC), as approved in 1994. Caltrans District 12 issues this ROD to advise the public of their decision to approve the proposed tolled express lanes connector between State Route 241 and the 91 Express Lanes.
