Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program; Florida DOT Audit #3 Report
The Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program allows a State to assume FHWA's environmental responsibilities for review, consultation, and compliance for Federal highway projects. When a State assumes these Federal responsibilities, the State becomes solely responsible and liable for the responsibilities it has assumed, in lieu of FHWA. This program mandates annual audits during each of the first 4 years to ensure the State's compliance with program requirements. This is the third audit of the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) performance of its responsibilities under the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program (National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Assignment Program). This notice announces and solicits comments on the third audit report for FDOT.
Notice of Final Federal Agency Actions on Proposed Highway in California
The FHWA, on behalf of Caltrans, is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans that are final. The actions relate to a proposed highway project, the State Route 9 (SR-9) Saratoga Creek Bridge Project at Post Mile 4.85, west of the City of Saratoga, Santa Clara County, State of California. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.

The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that a Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for a proposed freeway corridor improvement project on Interstate 94 (I-94) from the I-35W/Trunk Highway (TH) 55 interchange to the I-94/I-35E interchange in Hennepin and Ramsey Counties in east-central Minnesota.

This program mandates annual audits during each of the first 4 years of State participation to ensure compliance with program requirements. This notice announces and solicits comments on the second audit report for the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF).
Notice of Final Federal Agency Actions on Proposed Bridge Replacement in Hawaii
This notice announces actions taken by FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final. The actions relate to the Farrington Highway, Replacement of Makaha Bridges No. 3 and No. 3A project located in Makaha, in the State of Hawai'i.
