The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing this notice to advise that a Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement will be prepared for a proposed bridge replacement project of the Hood River-White Salmon Bridge across the Columbia River between Hood River, Oregon and White Salmon, Washington.
Rescission of Revised Record of Decision
The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that the April 22, 2013, Revised ROD for the proposed Sakonnet River Bridge, Rehabilitation or Replacement in the Towns of Portsmouth and Tiverton, Newport County, Rhode Island is rescinded effective with this notice and replaced with the August 2003 original ROD signed by FHWA.

Notice of Final Federal Agency Actions on Proposed Southern Extension of SR-186 and the US 45 Bypass Project in Tennessee
This notice announces actions taken by FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final. The actions relate to a proposed highway project for the Southern Extension of State Route (SR) 186 and the US 45 Bypass from SR-1 (US 70/Airways Boulevard) to SR-5 (US 45/South Highland Avenue) on the south side of Jackson in Madison County, Tennessee. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project. The FHWA's Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) provides details on the Selected Alternative for the proposed improvements.
Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program; TxDOT Audit #5 Report
The Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program allows a State to assume FHWA's environmental responsibilities for review, consultation, and compliance for Federal highway projects. When a State assumes these Federal responsibilities, the State becomes solely responsible and liable for carrying out the responsibilities it has assumed, in lieu of FHWA. Prior to the Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act of 2015, the Program required semiannual audits during each of the first 2 years of State participation to ensure compliance by each State participating in the Program. This notice finalizes the findings of the fifth and last audit report for the Texas Department of Transportation's (TxDOT) participation in accordance to these pre-FAST Act requirements.

Environmental Impact Statement: Little Cottonwood Canyon, Salt Lake County, Utah
FHWA on behalf of the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) published a Revised Notice of Intent (NOI) in the Federal Register on March 5, 2019. FHWA on behalf of UDOT is issuing this notice to advise the public that UDOT intends to revise the scope of the analysis of the Little Cottonwood Canyon project based on the anticipated 2019-2050 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) prepared by the Wasatch Front Regional Council (WFRC) and information collected from the public and agencies during the scoping process and development of the project need.
