The actions relate to a proposed highway project, Seward Highway Milepost 75 to 90 Road and Bridge Rehabilitation, in the Kenai Peninsula Borough and the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.
