The FHWA has forwarded the information collection request described in this notice to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to renew an information collection. We published a Federal Register Notice with a 60-day public comment period on this information collection on December 16, 2009. We are required to publish this notice in the Federal Register by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

The FHWA is issuing this notice of cancellation to advise the public that we are no longer lead Federal Agency for preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed County Road 951 highway project in Lee and Collier Counties, Florida. This is formal cancellation of the notice of intent that was published in the Federal Register on June 27, 2005.

This notice announces actions taken by the FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). The actions relate to a proposed highway project, the interchange of Texas State Loop 1604 (LP 1604) with United States Highway 281 (US 281). Project limits on LP 1604 are from Bitters Road to Redland Road and on US 281 are from LP 1604 to Bitters Road in Bexar County in the State of Texas. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.

In Vol. 68, No. 210/Thursday, October 30, 2003/Notices, FHWA issued a Notice of Intent to advise the public that an Environmental Impact Statement would be prepared for the proposed SH 35 roadway between Bellfort Road and FM 1462 in Harris and Brazoria Counties, Texas. The use of Federal funding for this project is no longer proposed and a State Environmental Impact Statement will be prepared.

The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that an environmental impact statement will be prepared for a proposed transportation project in Cook County, Illinois.

This notice announces the availability of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the US-31 Holland to Grand Haven Project. This action is pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq, as amended and the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations (40 CFR Parts 1500-1508). The FEIS identifies the Preferred Alternative which proposes improvements to US-31 from East Lakewood Boulevard north to Quincy Street, in Holland; and from south of Franklin Street north to north of Jackson Street in Grand Haven. The new M-231 route would be constructed west of 120th Avenue, from M-45 (Lake Michigan Drive) north to the I-96/M-104 interchange, including a new crossing of the Grand River; improvements to M-104, near I-96; new ramps at the I-96/M-231 interchange; and improvements to the I-96/112th Avenue interchange.

The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that an environmental impact statement will be prepared for a proposed highway project from north of Fayetteville to the Town of Fuquay-Varina, Cumberland, Harnett and Wake Counties, North Carolina. (TIP Project R- 2609)

The FHWA, on behalf of Caltrans, is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans that are final within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). The actions relate to a proposed highway project, State Route 16 between the town of Brooks and Interstate 505 in the County Yolo, State of California. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.

The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that an Environmental Impact Statement will be prepared for a proposed highway project in Maricopa County, Arizona.
