Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus SAS Model A350-1041 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report that, during testing, wear was found on the drive strut anti-rotation knuckles and lever bearing assembly (LBA) bushes on a certain flap station. This AD requires repetitive inspections for wear or corrosion damage of the drive strut anti-rotation knuckles and LBA bushes, and applicable corrective actions, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is incorporated by reference. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; ATR-GIE Avions de Transport Regional Airplanes
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all ATRGIE Avions de Transport Regional Airplanes Model ATR42-200, -300, and -320 airplanes. This AD was prompted by false activation of the stall warning system due to wiring damage on the wire bundle between an angle of attack (AOA) probe and the crew alerting computer. This AD requires a one-time inspection for discrepancies of the wire bundles between the left- and right-hand AOA probes and the crew alerting computer, and, depending on findings, applicable corrective actions, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is incorporated by reference. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Leonardo S.p.a. Helicopters
The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2020-13-02, which applies to certain Leonardo S.p.A. Model A119 and AW119 MKII helicopters. AD 2020-13-02 requires inspecting for movement and the tightening torque of the tail rotor (T/R) plug, the installation of the outboard and inboard faces of the T/R duplex bearing, and the condition of the T/R duplex bearing, T/R plug threads, and nut threads. Depending on the inspection results, AD 2020-13-02 requires corrective actions and reporting information. Since the FAA issued AD 2020-13-02, Leonardo S.p.a. issued updated service information. This proposed AD would retain the requirements of AD 2020- 13-02 except the reporting requirement, update the service information, and require repeating the inspection. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes
The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain The Boeing Company Model 777 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by reports that, during investigation of a fuel leak, fatigue cracking was found on the forward inboard side of the fuel tank access door cutouts on the left and right lower wing skin. The cause of the cracking is attributed to corrosion damage. This proposed AD would require repetitive inspections for any existing repair of the wing lower skin fuel tank and dry bay access door cutouts on the left and right lower wing skin, and applicable on-condition actions. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Requests for Comments; Clearance of a New Approval of Information Collection: Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Market Survey
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for a new information collection. The collection involves an electronic distribution of a survey to gather information on current practices for pilots of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). The target information to be gathered is the common fatigue-related practices, and the minimum knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), testing, and staffing procedures required for operating UAS. The information to be collected will be used to inform future rulemaking and the development of supporting guidance. The information is necessary because the existing regulatory framework, to include the certification of airmen, was not designed with remote pilots in mind. To broadly integrate UAS and remote pilots into the National Airspace System, further rulemaking will be required to address remote pilot certification for air carrier operations and flight and duty time periods applicable to remote pilot air carrier operations.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Requests for Comments; Clearance of a Renewed Approval of Information Collection: Advanced Qualification Program (AQP)
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to renew an information collection. The Advanced Qualification Program uses data driven quality control processes for validating and maintaining the effectiveness of air carrier training program curriculum content.
Amendment of V-5 and V-178, and Revocation of V-513 in the Vicinity of New Hope, KY
This action withdraws the final rule published in the Federal Register on October 26, 2020. In that action, the FAA amends VHF Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Federal airways V-5 and V-178 in the vicinity of New Hope, KY, and removes V-513 in its entirety due to the planned decommissioning of the VOR portion of the New Hope, KY, VOR/ Distance Measuring Equipment (VOR/DME) navigation aid. The FAA has determined that withdrawal of the final rule is warranted since there has been a change in the date for the decommissioning of the New Hope, KY, VOR.
Proposed Amendment of Class E Airspace; Paris, ID
This action modifies the Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Bear Lake County Airport, Paris, ID, to accommodate new Area Navigation (RNAV) procedures at the airport. This action will ensure the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations within the National Airspace System.

Airworthiness Directives; Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG (Type Certificate Previously Held by Rolls-Royce plc) Turbofan Engines
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG (RRD) Tay 611-8C model turbofan engines. This AD was prompted by reports of low-pressure compressor (LPC) rotor blade retention lug failure. This AD requires limiting the service life of the LPC rotor blades based on the number of dry-film lubricant (DFL) re-applications. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Proposed Amendment of V-67, V-190, and V-429; Establishment of T-312; and Revocation of V-125 and V-335 in the Vicinity of Marion, IL
The FAA is correcting the airspace docket number listed in a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) that published in the Federal Register of November 5, 2020. Notice of Availability, Notice of Public Comment Period, Notice of Public Meeting, and Request for Comment on the Draft Programmatic Environmental Assessment for the Shuttle Landing Facility Reentry Site Operator License
The FAA is announcing the availability of and requesting comments on the Draft PEA for the Shuttle Landing Facility (SLF) Reentry Site Operator License. The FAA has prepared the Draft PEA to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the FAA issuing a Reentry Site Operator License to Space Florida for the operation of a commercial space reentry site at the SLF located at the Cape Canaveral Spaceport, which includes the Kennedy Space Center and the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. A programmatic document is a type of general, broad National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review from which subsequent NEPA documents can be tiered, focusing on the issues specific to the subsequent action. If a commercial space operator applies to the FAA for a reentry license to conduct reentry operations at the SLF, a separate environmental document, tiering off the PEA, would be developed to support the issuance of a reentry license to the prospective reentry operator. The tiered environmental document would be a more detailed analysis based on vehicle specific operations.
Proposed Amendment of Class D and E Airspace and Establishment of Class E Airspace; Lancaster, CA
This action proposes to modify the Class E airspace, designated as an extension to a Class D or Class E surface area, at General WM J Fox Airfield Airport. Additionally, this action proposes to establish Class E airspace, extending upward from 700 feet above the surface. Further, this action proposes to remove the Palmdale Airport, Palmdale VORTAC, and the Gen. William J. Fox NDB from the Class E4 legal description. Lastly, this action proposes several administrative corrections to the airspaces' legal descriptions. This action would ensure the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
Proposed Amendment of Class D and E Airspace; Palmdale, CA
This action proposes to modify the Class E airspace, designated as an extension to a Class D or Class E surface area, at Palmdale USAF Plant 42 Airport. This action also proposes to modify the Class E airspace, extending upward from 700 feet above the surface. Additionally, this action proposes to revoke the Class E airspace, extending upward from 1,200 feet above the surface. Further, this action proposes to remove the Palmdale VORTAC from the Class E4 and the Class E5 legal descriptions. Also, this action proposes to remove the Lancaster, Gen. William J. Fox Airfield, CA, from the Class E5 legal description. Lastly, this action proposes several administrative corrections to the airspace legal descriptions. This action would ensure the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
Airworthiness Directives; Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd. & Co KG (Type Certificate Previously Held by BMW Rolls-Royce GmbH and BMW Rolls-Royce Aero Engines) Turbofan Engines
The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd. & Co KG (RRD) BR700-715A1-30, BR700-715B1-30, and BR700-715C1-30 model turbofan engines. This proposed AD was prompted by reports of HPT stage 1 blades failing in service due to sulphidation and subsequent crack initiation. This proposed AD would require removal and replacement of the HPT stage 1 blade and HPT stage 1 blade damper. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; the Boeing Company Airplanes
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all The Boeing Company Model DC-10-10 and DC-10-10F airplanes, Model DC-10- 15 airplanes, Model DC-10-30 and DC-10-30F (KC-10A and KDC-10) airplanes, Model DC-10-40 and DC-10-40F airplanes, Model MD-10-10F and MD-10-30F airplanes, and Model MD-11 and MD-11F airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of cracked floor beams and floor beam supports in the area of the overwing exit doors located at certain stations (STA). This AD requires an inspection of the overwing floor beams for any repair, repetitive inspections of the overwing floor beams and floor beam supports at certain STA on the left and right sides for any crack, and applicable on-condition actions. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

This rule amends, suspends, or removes Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs) and associated Takeoff Minimums and Obstacle Departure Procedures for operations at certain airports. These regulatory actions are needed because of the adoption of new or revised criteria, or because of changes occurring in the National Airspace System, such as the commissioning of new navigational facilities, adding new obstacles, or changing air traffic requirements. These changes are designed to provide for the safe and efficient use of the navigable airspace and to promote safe flight operations under instrument flight rules at the affected airports.

Proposed Amendment of Class E Airspace; Kankakee, IL
This action proposes to amend the Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Greater Kankakee Airport, Kankakee, IL. The FAA is proposing this action as the result of an airspace review caused by the decommissioning of the Kankakee VHF omnidirectional range (VOR) navigation aid as part of the VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) Program.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Defense and Space S.A. (Formerly Known as Construcciones Aeronauticas, S.A.) Airplanes
The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Defense and Space S.A. Model CN-235, CN-235-100, CN-235- 200, CN-235-300 airplanes and Model C-295 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by cracks found on certain left- and right-hand stringers in a certain area of the fuselage. This proposed AD would require repetitive inspections for cracking or broken rivets of certain left- and right-hand stringers and surrounding structure, and repair if necessary, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which will be incorporated by reference. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Requests for Comments; Clearance of Renewed; Approval of Information Collection: General Aviation and Part 135 Activity Survey
The FAA's primary requirement is for annual hours flown, optimal determination of sample size is based on flight time variation by state and aircraft type, and a sampling fraction is determined for each cell with a no-zero population. Sample units are selected randomly within each stratum. Respondents to this survey are owners of general aviation aircraft. This information is used by FAA, NTSB, and other government agencies, the aviation industry, and others for safety assessment, planning, forecasting, cost/benefit analysis, and to target areas for research.
Airworthiness Directives; Rolls-Royce Corporation (Type Certificate Previously Held by Allison Engine Company) Turboprop Engines
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Rolls-Royce Corporation (RRC) AE 2100A, AE 2100D2, AE 2100D2A, and AE 2100P model turboprop engines. This AD was prompted by a report of a propeller gearbox (PGB) development test conducted by the manufacturer, in which high vibration occurred due to a fatigue crack that initiated in the PGB shaft and carrier assembly. This AD requires assignment of usage hours to the PGB shaft and carrier assembly at the next engine shop visit and replacement of PGB shaft and carrier assemblies prior to exceeding the new life limits established by the manufacturer. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes
The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2001-16- 13, which applied to certain Airbus SAS Model A330 series airplanes. AD 2001-16-13 required a roto-test inspection of fastener holes of certain fuselage joints for cracks, reinforcement of the fuselage between certain frames, and, if necessary, a high frequency eddy current (HFEC) inspection and repair. As published, the applicability of AD 2001-16-13 inadvertently identified the model designations as serial numbers. This document corrects that error. This new AD requires a roto-test inspection of fastener holes of certain fuselage joints for cracks, reinforcement of the fuselage, and, if necessary, an HFEC inspection and repair. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Helicopters
The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2018-19-01, which applies to all Airbus Helicopters Model AS-365N2, AS 365 N3, EC 155B, EC155B1, SA-365N1, and SA-366G1 helicopters. AD 2018- 19-01 requires repetitive inspections of the aft fuselage outer skin. Since the FAA issued AD 2018-19-01, it was determined that Model SA- 365N helicopters are also affected by the unsafe condition. This proposed AD would continue to require repetitive inspections and would add Model SA-365N helicopters, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which will be incorporated by reference. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Revocation of Class E Airspace; Delavan, WI
This action revokes the Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Lake Lawn Airport, Delavan, WI, due to the cancellation of the instrument procedures at that airport and the airspace no longer being required.
Amendment of Class D and Class E Airspace; Waterloo, IA
This action amends the Class D and Class E airspace at Waterloo Regional Airport, Waterloo, IA. This action is the result of an airspace review due to the closure of runway 6/24 at Waterloo Regional Airport. The names and geographic coordinates of the airport and navigational aids are also being updated to coincide with the FAA's aeronautical database.
Burlington International Airport, South Burlington VT; FAA Approval of Noise Compatibility Program
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announces its findings on the noise compatibility program submitted by the City of Burlington, Vermont under the provisions of Title I of the Aviation Safety and Noise Abatement Act of 1979. These findings are made in recognition of the description of federal and non-federal responsibilities in Senate Report No. 96-52 (1980). On October 14, 2020, the Airports Division Deputy Director approved the Burlington International Airport noise compatibility program. This supersedes the approval issued August 27, 2020. All of the proposed program elements were approved.
Airworthiness Directives; Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation Airplanes
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation (Gulfstream) Model GVII-G500 and Model GVII-G600 airplanes. This AD requires revising your existing airplane flight manual (AFM) and airplane maintenance manual (AMM) to include information pertaining to the fuel boost pump. This AD was prompted by a report of misassembled impellers onto the shaft of the fuel boost pump during production. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. Airplanes
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. (Pilatus) Model PC-24 airplanes. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI identifies the unsafe condition as movement of the aft fuel pipe within the coupling, which can cause damage to the O-rings and lead to a fuel leak, fuel fire or explosion, and consequent loss of control of the airplane. This AD requires replacing and prohibits installing affected parts. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Proposed Amendment and Cancellation of VOR Federal Airways V-49 and V-541 in the Vicinity of Decatur, AL
This action proposes to modify VHF Omni-directional Range (VOR) Federal airway V-541 and remove V-49, in the vicinity of Decatur, AL. This action is necessary due to the planned decommissioning of the Decatur, AL, VOR/Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) navigation aid, which provides navigation guidance for segments of the routes. This proposal would provide for the safe and efficient use of navigable airspace within the National Airspace System (NAS) while reducing NAVAID dependencies throughout the NAS as part of the FAA VOR Minimum Operation Network program.
Airworthiness Directives; GE Aviation Czech s.r.o. (Type Certificate Previously Held by WALTER Engines a.s., Walter a.s., and MOTORLET a.s.) Turboprop Engines
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all GE Aviation Czech s.r.o. (GEAC) M601D-11, M601E-11, M601E-11A, M601E- 11AS, M601E-11S, M601F, H75-200, H80-100, H80-200, and H85-200 model turboprop engines. This AD was prompted by reports of engine power fluctuations occurring during ground tests. This AD requires the removal and replacement of the fuel control unit (FCU). The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH
The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH Model EC135P1, EC135T1, EC135P2, EC135T2, EC135P2+, EC135T2+, EC135P3, and EC135T3 helicopters. This proposed AD was prompted by a deviation from a new manufacturing process, which resulted in a reduced life limit (service life limit) for certain tail rotor blades. This proposed AD would require a reduced life limit for those tail rotor blades and require a new life limit for certain other tail rotor blades, as specified in a European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which will be incorporated by reference. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Proposed Amendment of Class D and Class E Airspace; Tacoma Narrows Airport, WA
This action proposes to amend the Class D airspace, Class E surface Airspace and Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above ground level (AGL) at Tacoma Narrows Airport, Tacoma, WA. A review of the airspace was initiated due to corresponding reviews at McChord Field (Joint Base Lewis-McChord) and Gray AAF (Joint Base Lewis-McChord). All three locations were evaluated at the same time due to their close proximity to one another and operational interdependence. After a review of the airspace, the FAA found it necessary to amend the existing airspace for the safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at this airport.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Helicopters
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Airbus Helicopters Model AS350B, AS350B1, AS350B2, AS350B3, AS350BA, AS350D, AS350D1, AS355E, AS355F, AS355F1, AS355F2, AS355N, AS355NP, EC130B4, and EC130T2 helicopters. This AD requires visually inspecting each main rotor gearbox (MGB) suspension bar attachment bracket bolt for missing bolt heads. Depending on the outcome of the visual inspection, measuring the tightening torque, removing certain parts, sending photos and reporting information to Airbus Helicopters, and completing an FAA-approved repair is required. This AD was prompted by a report of a missing MGB suspension bar attachment bolt head. The actions of this AD are intended to address an unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes
The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 99-01-19 and AD 2004-25-02, which applied to certain Airbus SAS Model A320 series airplanes. AD 99-01-19 and AD 2004-25-02 required repetitive inspections to detect fatigue cracking in certain areas of the fuselage, and corrective action if necessary. AD 2004-25-02 also provided an optional terminating action for the repetitive inspections. This AD continues to require, for certain airplanes, repetitive inspections of the fastener holes for any cracking, and repair if necessary, and provides an optional terminating action for the fastener hole inspections. This AD also revises the applicability to include additional airplanes and requires, for all airplanes, inspections of the emergency exit door structure for any cracking and repair if necessary; as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is incorporated by reference. This AD was prompted by a report that during full scale tests to support the Model A320 structure extended service goal (ESG) exercise, several cracks were found on both sides of the overwing emergency exit door cut-outs at fuselage section 15. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes
The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2017-18- 17, which applied to all Airbus SAS Model A300 B4-603, A300 B4-620, A300 B4-622, A300 B4-605R, A300 B4-622R, A300 F4-605R, A300 F4-622R, and A300 C4-605R Variant F airplanes. AD 2017-18-17 required modifying certain fuselage frames and a repair on certain modified airplanes. This AD continues to require the actions in AD 2017-18-17, and also requires, for certain airplanes, an inspection to determine if rotating probe inspections were performed prior to oversizing of the open-holes, and repair if necessary; as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is incorporated by reference. This AD was prompted by a report indicating that the material used to manufacture the upper frame feet was changed and negatively affected the fatigue life of the frame feet, and a determination that more work is required for certain airplanes that were previously modified. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Proposed Modification of Class D Airspace; Gray AAF (Joint Base Lewis-McChord), WA
This action proposes to modify the Class D airspace at Gray AAF (Joint Base Lewis-McChord), Fort Lewis/Tacoma, WA. After a review of the airspace, the FAA found it necessary to amend the existing airspace for the safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at this airport. This proposal would also remove a reference to the McChord VORTAC from the legal description, update the airport name and city, and amend the geographical coordinates for the airport to match the FAA's database.

The information to be collected will be used to help the FAA in an ongoing investigation to determine the cause of a specific condition, or whether the condition is likely to exist or develop on other aircraft, aircraft engines, propellers, or appliances of the same type design.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Helicopters
The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Airbus Helicopters Model AS332C, AS332C1, AS332L, AS332L1, AS332L2, and EC225LP helicopters. This AD requires, depending on helicopter configuration, installing skived polytetrafluoroethylene tape (PTFE tape) or removing PTFE tape and replacing window seals. This AD also prohibits the installation of a jettisonable cabin window unless the applicable requirements are accomplished. This AD was prompted by a report of excessive friction between the window seal and the helicopter airframe. The actions of this AD are intended to address an unsafe condition on these products.

Airworthiness Directives; Austro Engine GmbH Engines
The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2018-07-16 for all Austro Engine GmbH model E4 and E4P diesel piston engines. AD 2018-07-16 required initial and repetitive replacement of the waste gate controller and the control rod circlip. This AD retains the requirements of AD 2018-07-16 and requires engine modification by installing a waste gate control-rod fail-safe bridge and new spring- loaded circlip that terminates the initial and repetitive replacement requirements of AD 2018-07-16. This AD was prompted by the development of a modification of the waste gate control rod by adding a fail-safe bridge and spring-loaded circlip. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes
The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus SAS Model A318, A319, A320, and A321 series airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a report that the oil used to protect the nose landing gear (NLG) main fittings for transportation and storage was not removed before final heat treatment of the affected parts, possibly generating sub-surface cavities during heat treatment of the affected parts. This proposed AD would require replacing each affected NLG main fitting with a serviceable part, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which will be incorporated by reference. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes
The FAA is superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2017-25- 04, which applied to certain Airbus SAS Model A318 series airplanes; Model A319-111, -112, -113, -114, -115, -131, -132, and -133 airplanes; Model A320-211, -212, -214, -231, -232, and -233 airplanes; and Model A321-111, -112, -131, -211, -212, -213, -231, and -232 airplanes. The FAA is also superseding AD 2019-03-17, which applies to certain Airbus SAS Model A318 series airplanes; Model A319-111, -112, -113, -114, - 115, -131, -132, and -133 airplanes; Model A320-211, -212, -214, -216, -231, -232, -233, -251N, and -271N airplanes; and Model A321 series airplanes. AD 2019-03-17 required revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new maintenance requirements and airworthiness limitations. This AD retains the requirements of AD 2019-03-17 and also requires new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is incorporated by reference. This AD was prompted by a determination that new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations are necessary. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

Proposed Deletion of VOR Federal Airways V-346 and V-400 in the Vicinity of Beauce, Canada
This action proposes to remove VHF Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Federal airway V-346 and V-400, in the vicinity of Beauce, Canada. This action is necessary due to NAV Canada's, Canada's civil air navigation services provider, planned decommissioning of the Beauce, Canada, VOR/ Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) navigation aid, which provides navigation guidance for segments of the routes. NAV Canada has deleted the portions of both airways that resided in their airspace.
Proposed Amendment of V-67, V-190, and V-429; Establishment of T-312; and Revocation of V-125 and V-335 in the Vicinity of Marion, IL
This action proposes to amend VHF Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Federal airways V-67, V-190, and V-429; establish Area Navigation (RNAV) route T-312; and remove VOR Federal airways V-125 and V-335 in the vicinity of Marion, IL. The Air Traffic Service (ATS) route modifications are necessary due to the planned decommissioning of the VOR portion of the Marion, IL, VOR/Distance Measuring Equipment (VOR/ DME) navigation aid (NAVAID). With the exception of the RNAV route T- 312 proposed to be established, the Marion VOR/DME NAVAID provides navigation guidance for portions of the affected air traffic service (ATS) routes. The VOR is being decommissioned as part of the FAA's VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) program.
Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes
The FAA is revising an earlier proposal to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2013-07-09, which applies to certain The Boeing Company Model 737-700, -700C, -800, and -900ER series airplanes, Model 747-400F series airplanes, and Model 767-200 and -300 series airplanes. This action revises the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) by adding airplanes to the applicability. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. Since these actions would impose an additional burden over that proposed in the NPRM, the FAA is reopening the comment period to allow the public the chance to comment on these proposed changes.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Requests for Comments; Clearance of Renewed Approval of Information Collection: Dealer's Aircraft Registration Application
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to renew an information collection. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on April 23, 2020. The collection involves submission of an AC Form 8050-5, Dealer's Aircraft Registration Certificate Application, by companies or individuals to obtain a Dealer's Aircraft Registration Certificate, which allows operation of an aircraft instead of obtaining a permanent aircraft registration certificate. The information collection is necessary for a dealer to operate an aircraft without a permanent aircraft registration certificate and to comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
