FMCSA announces its decision to exempt 13 individuals from the vision requirement in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in interstate commerce. They are unable to meet the vision requirement in one eye for various reasons. The exemptions enable these individuals to operate CMVs in interstate commerce without meeting the vision requirement in one eye.

The exemptions enable these individuals to continue to operate CMVs in interstate commerce without meeting the vision requirements in one eye.
Amendment of Class E Airspace; Eveleth, MN
This action amends the Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Eveleth-Virginia Municipal Airport, Eveleth, MN. This action is the result of an airspace review caused by the decommissioning of the Eveleth non-directional beacon (NDB). The geographic coordinates of the airport are also being updated to coincide with the FAA's aeronautical database.
