As part of our continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we invite comments on the proposed or continuing information collections listed below in this notice.
Additional Designations, Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act
The U.S. Department of the Treasury 's Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') is publishing the names of seven individuals and five entities whose property and interests in property have been blocked pursuant to the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act (``Kingpin Act'').

Proposed Collection; Comment Request for Regulation Project
The Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13(44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)). Currently, the IRS is soliciting comments concerning an existing final regulation, CO-88-90 (TD 8530), Limitation on Net Operating Loss Carryforwards and Certain Built-In Losses Following Ownership Change; Special Rule for Value of a Loss Corporation Under the Jurisdiction of a Court in a Title 11 Case (Section 1.382-9).
Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request
The Department of the Treasury will submit the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13, on or after the date of publication of this notice.
Actions Taken Pursuant to Executive Order 13382
The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') is publishing on OFAC's list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (``SDN List'') one new alias in connection to Tidewater Middle East Company, whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to Executive Order 13382 of June 28, 2005, ``Blocking Property of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators and Their Supporters.'' The update by the Director of OFAC, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, was effective on September 19, 2013.
