Proposed Collection: Comment Request
The Department of the Treasury, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A). Currently the Bureau of the Fiscal Service within the Department of the Treasury is soliciting comments concerning the Regulations governing the offering of United States Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Company Tax and Loss Bonds.
Actions Taken Pursuant to Executive Order 13382
The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') is publishing on OFAC's list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (``SDN List'') the names of eight entities and six individuals, whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to Executive Order 13382 of June 28, 2005, ``Blocking Property of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators and Their Supporters.'' The designations by the Director of OFAC, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, were effective on May 23, 2013.
Identification of Six Individuals Pursuant to the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations and Executive Order 13599
The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') is publishing the names of six individuals identified as the Government of Iran pursuant to the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations, 31 CFR part 560 (``ITSR''), and Executive Order 13599.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Information Collection; Comment Request; Interagency Statement on Complex Structured Finance Transactions
The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on a continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The OCC is soliciting comment concerning an information collection titled, ``Interagency Statement on Complex Structured Finance Transactions.''
