Notice is hereby given that the boundary of City of Rocks National Reserve (Reserve) is modified to include Tract No. 101-13 containing 100 acres of fee land, Tract No. 101-14 containing 4.63 acres of a road access easement, and Tract 101-15 containing 0.45 acres of an access easement for providing vehicular access to staff and visitors to the northeastern area of the park. The inclusion and acquisition of this property will enable the National Park Service (NPS) to provide recreational access to park visitors at the northeastern boundary of the Reserve. The fee lands and road easements will also allow NPS to better manage the lands and preserve the unique rock formation in this area of the Reserve.

The National Park Service is soliciting electronic comments on the significance of properties nominated before October 15, 2022, for listing or related actions in the National Register of Historic Places.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we, the National Park Service (NPS) propose to renew an information collection with revisions. We are re-opening the comment period, which originally ended on June 21, 2022, as announced in the Federal Register on April 22, 2022 (87 FR 24196). This document includes information regarding the proposed utilization of a new platform, Key Solutions eProtocol IACUC Software Module for Animal Subjects, that was not described in the original notice. If you have already submitted comments, you are not required to resubmit them.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we, the National Park Service (NPS) are proposing to revise an information collection.

The National Park Service (NPS) is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for a Wilderness Stewardship Plan (WSP) for Isle Royale National Park (ISRO or the park).

The National Park Service gives public notice that, pursuant to the terms of the concession contracts identified in the tables below, as applicable, and in accordance with NPS regulations, it intends to: extend each concession contract listed in table 1 below until the date shown in the ``Extension Date'' column or until the effective date of a new contract, whichever comes first; continue each concession contract listed in table 2 for a period not to exceed one year beginning on January 1, 2023; award the temporary concession contracts listed in table 3 below.

The Michigan State Historic Preservation Office (Michigan SHPO) has completed an inventory of human remains and an associated funerary object, in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and the associated funerary object and any present-day Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains and this associated funerary object should submit a written request to the Michigan SHPO. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains and the associated funerary object to the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

Representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request to the Michigan SHPO. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

This notice amends both the number of associated funerary objects and the cultural affiliation of the human remains and associated funerary objects removed from Sonoma County, CA.

The William and Mary, Department of Anthropology has completed an inventory of human remains, in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and present- day Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request to William and Mary's Anthropology Department. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the lineal descendants, Indian Tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

The Northern Arizona University, Department of Anthropology has completed an inventory of human remains in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and present-day Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request to the Northern Arizona University, Department of Anthropology. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

The National Park Service is soliciting nominations for one member of the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Review Committee (Committee). The Secretary of the Interior will appoint one member from nominations submitted by Indian Tribes, Native Hawaiian organizations, or traditional Native American religious leaders. The nominee must be a traditional Indian religious leader.

Grosscup Museum of Anthropology, Wayne State University. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains and associated funerary objects to the lineal descendants, Indian Tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the University of Tennessee, Department of Anthropology (UTK), has completed an inventory of human remains and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains were removed from Doniphan County, KS.

The Department of Anthropology and Geography, Colorado State University has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and present-day Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains and associated funerary objects should submit a written request to the Department of Anthropology and Geography. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains and associated funerary objects to the lineal descendants, Indian Tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

This notice amends the number of associated funerary objects in a collection removed from Marion County, TN.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology, Harvard University has amended a Notice of Inventory Completion published in the Federal Register on December 21, 2018. This notice amends the number of associated funerary objects in a collection removed from Williamson County, TN.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the University of Missouri, Museum of Anthropology has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from Tupelo in Lee County, MS.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, has determined that the cultural item listed in this notice meets the definition of a sacred object. Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to claim this cultural item should submit a written request to the FBI. If no additional claimants come forward, transfer of control of the cultural item to the lineal descendants, Indian Tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.
