Boundary Adjustment at Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area
The boundary of Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is adjusted to include three parcels of land totaling 1,055.89 acres of land, more or less. Fee simple interest in two parcels and a right-of- way over the third parcel will be donated by the Conservation Fund to the United States along with fee simple interest in 35.39 acres of other land already within the boundary. These properties are all located in Pike County, Pennsylvania.
Boundary Revision at Fort Monroe National Monument
The boundary of Fort Monroe National Monument is modified to include 44 acres of land, more or less, located in the City of Hampton, Virginia, consisting of two parcels immediately adjacent to the boundary of Fort Monroe National Monument. Subsequent to the proposed boundary revision, the United States will acquire the lands by donation from the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Minor Boundary Revision at Wilson's Creek National Battlefield
The boundary of Wilson's Creek National Battlefield is modified to include 40 acres of land located in Christian County, Missouri, immediately adjacent to the boundary of the national battlefield. The United States will accept a donation from Civil War Trust containing 40 acres of land.
Minor Boundary Revision at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore
The boundary of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is modified to include 46 acres of land located in Benzie County, Michigan, immediately adjacent to the boundary of the national lakeshore. The United States will purchase, from willing sellers, two parcels containing 45 acres of land. The third parcel contains one acre and will be acquired by donation.
