Official Trail Marker for the Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail
This notice prescribes the official trail marker insignia of the Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail. The original graphic image was developed in 2010. It first came into public use in 2011. This publication accomplishes the official designation of the insignia now in use by the National Park Service.

The National Park Service proposes to revise the special regulations for Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park to close the core Dyea Historic Townsite to the use of horses except by special use permit issued by the superintendent.
Special Regulations, Areas of the National Park System, Lake Chelan National Recreation Area, Solid Waste Disposal
The National Park Service proposes to authorize a solid waste transfer station near Stehekin, Washington, within the boundary of Lake Chelan National Recreation Area, that does not meet all regulatory siting criteria and accepts solid waste generated within the boundary of the recreation area from non-NPS activities. The proposed rule would authorize this transfer station, notwithstanding certain restrictions found in the general regulations governing solid waste disposal sites in units of the National Park System.
Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement and Management Plan for Moose, Wolves, and Vegetation, Isle Royale National Park, Michigan
The National Park Service (NPS) announces that we are preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a plan to determine how to manage the Isle Royale moose population in light of the dynamic changes occurring on the island, in particular the declining wolf population.

As required by the Federal Advisory Committee Act (16 U.S.C. Appendix 1-16), the National Park Service (NPS) is hereby giving notice that the Cape Krusenstern National Monument Subsistence Resource Commission (SRC), the Kobuk Valley National Park SRC, and the Denali National Park SRC will hold public meetings to develop and continue work on NPS subsistence program recommendations, and other related regulatory proposals and resource management issues. The NPS SRC program is authorized by Section 808 of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act, (16 U.S.C. 3118), title VIII. Cape Krusenstern National Monument SRC Meeting/Teleconfernce Date and Location: The Cape Krusenstern National Monument SRC will meet from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or until business is completed on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at the Northwest Arctic Heritage Center in Kotzebue, AK. Notice of July 29, 2015, Meeting for Kalaupapa National Historical Park Advisory Commission
As required by the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. Appendix 1-16), the National Park Service is giving notice of the July 29, 2015, meeting of the Kalaupapa National Historical Park Advisory Commission.
Determination of Eligibility for Consideration as Wilderness Areas, Intent To Prepare Wilderness Study, Big Cypress National Preserve
The National Park Service (NPS) has completed a Wilderness Eligibility Assessment to determine if lands within the original 1974 legislated boundary of Big Cypress National Preserve (Preserve) meet criteria indicating eligibility for preservation as wilderness. Based on the assessment, the NPS has concluded that of the 557,065 acres assessed, 188,323 acres meet the eligibility criteria. In accordance with NPS Management Policies 2006, Section 6.2.2, the scope of the BAP/EIS currently being prepared for the Preserve will be expanded to include a wilderness study to determine if any portions of the Preserve should be recommended for inclusion in the National Wilderness Preservation System as defined in the Wilderness Act of 1964. A notice of intent to prepare an EIS with the BAP was published in the Federal Register of March 11, 2014. This additional notice is being published in accordance with the Council on Environmental Quality's regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), specifically 40 CFR 1501.7. The NPS will conduct public meetings in the local area to receive further input from interested parties on issues, concerns, and suggestions pertinent to backcountry use and access and wilderness designation within the Preserve. The comment period will be announced through local media outlets, at the meetings, and on the backcountry access plan Web site at https://parkplanning.nps.gov/bicy.
Boundary Description and Final Maps for Virgin River, Zion National Park, Utah
In accordance with the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, the National Park Service has transmitted the final boundary description and map of the Virgin Wild and Scenic River to Congress. The classification and boundaries became effective as stated elsewhere in this notice.
Draft Environmental Impact Statement for General Management Plan, City of Rocks National Reserve, Cassia County, Idaho
The National Park Service (NPS), in cooperation with the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation and the Bureau of Land Management, has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) and General Management Plan (GMP) for City of Rocks National Reserve (Reserve). The DEIS evaluates four GMP alternatives for management of the City of Rocks National Reserve. When approved, the GMP will allow for implementation of a range of management actions to improve protection of natural and cultural resources and visitor experience within the Reserve.
Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument Advisory Council
The National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior, is establishing the Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument Advisory Council (Council). The purpose of the Council is to provide the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) and National Park Service (NPS) guidance for the management of the Monument.
Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Review Committee: Notice of Nomination Solicitation
The National Park Service is seeking nominations for one member of the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Review Committee (Review Committee). The Secretary of the Interior will appoint the member from nominations submitted by Indian tribes, Native Hawaiian organizations, and traditional Native American religious leaders. The nominee need not be a traditional Indian religious leader.
