Submission of Information Collection to OMB for Renewal
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Bureau of Indian Affairs is submitting the following collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs for approval and renewal: Law and Order on Indian Reservations, which concerns marriage and dissolution of a marriage in a Court of Indian Offenses, OMB Control No. 1076-0094.
Jicarilla Apache Nation Liquor Ordinance
This notice publishes the Jicarilla Apache Nation Amended Liquor Ordinance. The amended Ordinance regulates and controls the possession, sale, and consumption of liquor within the Jicarilla Apache Nation. The Nation is located on trust land and this amended Ordinance allows for the possession and sale of alcoholic beverages within the exterior boundaries of the Jicarilla Indian Reservation. This amended Ordinance will increase the ability of the tribal government to control the distribution and possession of liquor within their Reservation and at the same time will provide an important source of revenue and strengthening of the tribal government and the delivery of tribal services.

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces that the Bureau of Indian Affairs has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget a request for approval and renewal of information collections, OMB Control No. 1076-0017, Financial Assistance and Social Service Program application form 5-6601.
