We summarize the ICR below and describe the nature of the collection and the estimated burden and cost. However, under OMB regulations, we may continue to conduct or sponsor this information collection while it is pending at OMB.

To comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) is inviting comments on a collection of information that we will submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The information collection request (ICR) concerns renewal to the paperwork requirements in the regulations under Subpart F, Oil and Gas Well- Workover Operations.
Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustments

Appendix 1-16), the National Park Service (NPS) is hereby giving notice that the Denali National Park Subsistence Resource Commission (SRC) will hold a public meeting to develop and continue work on NPS subsistence program recommendations, and other related regulatory proposals and resource management issues. The NPS SRC program is authorized under title VIII, section 808 of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act, Public Law 96-487.

The Bureau of Reclamation and the California State Lands Commission have prepared the Mendota Pool Bypass and Reach 2B Improvements Project Final Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR). The Mendota Pool Bypass and Reach 2B Improvements Project is a component of Phase 1 of the San Joaquin River Restoration Program which seeks to restore flows to the San Joaquin River from Friant Dam to the confluence of the Merced River, and restore a self-sustaining Chinook salmon fishery in the river while reducing or avoiding adverse water supply impacts associated with restoration flows. The Project includes the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Mendota Pool Bypass and improvements in the San Joaquin River channel in Reach 2B to contribute to achieving the San Joaquin River Restoration Program's Restoration Goal.
