Notice of Reestablishment of the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center Advisory Board
This notice is published in accordance with Section 9(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972. Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of the Interior has reestablished the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center Advisory Board.
Folsom Lake State Recreation Area and Folsom Power House State Historic Park General Plan/Resource Management Plan
Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 (as amended) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) and the California Department of Parks and Recreation (State Parks) as lead agencies have made available for public review and comment a joint Final EIS/EIR for the Folsom Lake State Recreation Area and Folsom Power House State Historic Park General Plan/Resource Management Plan (GP/RMP). The GP/RMP involves alternatives for future use of the project area for recreation and resource protection and management.
Receipt of Applications for Permit
We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, invite the public to comment on the following applications for permits to conduct certain activities with endangered species and/or marine mammals. Both the Endangered Species Act and the Marine Mammal Protection Act requires that we invite public comment on these permit applications.
