Under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the Government in the Sunshine Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and 41 CFR 102-3.150, the Department of Defense announces that the following Federal advisory committee meeting will take place: 1. Name of Committee: United States Military Academy Board of Visitors. 2. Date: Wednesday, March 20, 2013. 3. Time: 2:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m. Members of the public wishing to attend the meeting will need to show photo identification in order to gain access to the meeting location. All participants are subject to security screening. 4. Location: Room 340, Cannon House Office Building, New Jersey and Independence Avenues SE., Washington, DC. 5. Purpose of the Meeting: This is the 2013 Organizational Meeting of the USMA Board of Visitors (BoV). Members of the Board will be provided updates on Academy issues. 6. Agenda: The Academy leadership will provide the Board updates on the following: Election of 2013 Chair and Vice Chair, 2012 Annual Report Update, Federal Advisory Committee Act Final Rule, and updates on USMA from the USMA Superintendent and USMA Chief of Staff. 7. Public's Accessibility to the Meeting: Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b and 41 CFR 102-3.140 through 102-3.165 and the availability of space, this meeting is open to the public. Notice of Availability for the Draft Finding of No Significant Impact and Final Programmatic Environmental Assessment for Army 2020 Force Structure Realignment
The Department of the Army announces a 30-day extension on the public comment period for the draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) and final Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) for Army 2020 force structure realignments that may occur from Fiscal Years (FYs) 2013-2020. The Army published the Notice of Availability of the draft FNSI and PEA in the Federal Register (78 FR 4134) on January 18, 2013. The comment period, originally set to end on February 19, 2013, is being extended by 30 days. The comment period will now run through March 21, 2013. Intent To Grant an Exclusive License of U.S. Government-Owned Invention
In accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e), and 37 CFR 404.7 (a)(1)(i) and 37 CFR 404.7 (b)(1)(i), announcement is made of the intent to grant an exclusive, revocable license to the invention claimed in U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 11/525,574, filed September 22, 2006, entitled ``Antibodies with Simultaneous Subsite Specificities to Protein and Lipid Epitopes,'' to Avanti Polar Lipids with its principal place of business at 700 Industrial Park Drive, Alabaster, AL 35007.
