Inland Waterways Users Board; Request for Nominations
Section 302 of Public Law 99-662 established the Inland Waterways Users Board. The Board is an independent Federal advisory committee. The Secretary of the Army appoints its 11 members. This notice is to solicit nominations for five (5) appointments or reappointments to two-year terms that will begin after August 15, 2009.

The Department of the Army is amending its rule on Individual Requests for Access or Amendment of CID Reports of Investigation to correct the mailing address. The address for submitting requests for access to, or amendment of, USACIDC investigative reports has changed.
