The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to assess the potential social, economic, and environmental impacts associated with the KC-46A Main Operating Base 5 (MOB 5) Beddown. The DAF is proposing to beddown KC-46A tanker aircraft, personnel, and associated infrastructure in support of the MOB 5 mission at one of three installations with March Air Reserve Base (ARB), California as the preferred alternative or at Grissom ARB, Indiana or Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma as reasonable alternatives.

Under the provisions of Section 401, Public Law 95-202 and DoD Directive 100.20, the Department of Defense Civilian/Military Service Review Board has accepted an application on behalf of a group known as ``Former Members of the Free Iraq Forces and Free Iraq Civil Affairs Program Who Served Under Direct Command of U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps Units During Operation Iraqi Freedom Across the Iraqi Freedom Theater of Operations During the Period 2002 Through 2018.'' Persons with information or documentation pertinent to the determination of whether service of this group should be considered active military service to the Armed Forces of the United States are encouraged to submit such information or documentation within 60 days to the DoD Civilian/Military Service Review Board (DoD C/MSRB), 1500 West Perimeter Road, Suite 3700, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762.

Amended Notice of 2022 Public Interface Control Working Group for NAVSTAR GPS Public Documents
On July 14, 2022, the Department of the Air Force (DAF) issued a Meeting Notice to inform the public that the Space Systems Command, Military Communications & Positioning, Navigation, Timing Directorate will host the 2022 Public Interface Control Working Group and Open Public Forum on September 28, 2022 for the following NAVSTAR GPS public documents: IS-GPS-200 (Navigation User Interfaces), IS-GPS-705 (User Segment L5 Interfaces), IS-GPS-800 (User Segment L1C Interface), and ICD-GPS-870 (Control Segment (OCX) to User Support Interface). This Amended Meeting Notice changes the date of this meeting to October 26, 2022, extending the comment submission period through September 19, 2022 and requests for attendance through September 23, 2022. The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to assess the potential social, economic, and environmental impacts associated with T-7A Recapitalization at Columbus Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi. The EIS will analyze the potential impacts from introduction of T-7A aircraft and flight operations at Columbus AFB and associated airspace; introduction of nighttime (between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.) T-7A flight operations; changes to the number of personnel and dependents in the Columbus AFB region; and construction and upgrade of support and maintenance facilities.

It also extends to DOD contracts for charter air transportation services the existing DOD policy prohibiting the use of foreign air carriers who are not in compliance with International Civil Aviation Organization standards.

Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Foreign Military Sales Pilot Training Center Beddown at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Arkansas or Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan
The Department of the Air Force (Air Force) is issuing this notice to advise the public of its intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Pilot Training Center (PTC) beddown at a single Continental United Sates (CONUS) location at either Ebbing Air National Guard (ANG) Base, Arkansas or Selfridge ANG Base, Michigan. The EIS will assess the potential environmental consequences resulting from construction or renovation of facilities and aircraft operation of the proposal for the permanent beddown of the FMS PTC, encompassing up to 16 F-16 aircraft and 36 F-35 aircraft.
