Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects being imported from abroad pursuant to agreements with their foreign owners or custodians for temporary display in the exhibition ``Gego: Measuring Infinity'' at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York, New York, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, are of cultural significance, and, further, that their temporary exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

The Department of State is seeking Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the information collection described below. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we are requesting comments on this collection from all interested individuals and organizations. The purpose of this notice is to allow 60 days for public comment preceding submission of the collection to OMB.

On February 8, 2022, notice was published on page 7230 of the Federal Register (volume 87, number 26) of determinations pertaining to a certain object to be included in an exhibition entitled ``Juan de Pareja.'' Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain additional objects being imported from abroad pursuant to agreements with their foreign owners or custodians for temporary display in the aforesaid exhibition, now retitled ``Juan de Pareja, Afro Hispanic Painter,'' at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, New York, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, are of cultural significance, and, further, that their temporary exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

This rule finalizes the initial implementation by the Department of State (the Department) of the HAVANA Act of 2021. The Act provides authority for the Secretary of State and other agency heads to provide payments to certain individuals who have incurred qualifying injuries to the brain. As noted in the interim final rule (IFR) published in June 2022, this rulemaking covers current and former Department of State employees, and dependents of current or former employees. This final rule responds to public comments and amends four provisions in the IFR, adding two additional certification Boards for physicians who can sign the Form DS-4316; clarifying the definition of ``qualifying injury to the brain;'' and adding approval for Social Security Insurance (SSI) benefits as one of the eligibility criteria for a Base Plus payment.

On November 7, 2022, notice was published on page 67111 of the Federal Register (volume 87, number 214) of determinations pertaining to certain objects to be included in an exhibition entitled ``Chryssa & New York.'' Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain additional objects being imported from abroad pursuant to agreement with their foreign owner or custodian for temporary display in the aforesaid exhibition at the Dia Center for the Arts at Dia Chelsea, New York, New York; the Menil Collection, Houston, Texas; Wrightwood 659, Chicago, Illinois, by Alphawood Foundation, through its subsidiary Alphawood Exhibitions LLC; and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, are of cultural significance, and, further, that their temporary exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.
