The Department of State published a document in the Federal Register of October 6, 2021, concerning the notice of a public meeting of the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) Scientific Advisory Board. The notice was missing the registration hyperlink.

Notice is hereby given that the Department of State has rescinded the statutory debarment of Dennis Haag included in Federal Register notice of April 25, 2018.

The Department of State is extending the effective period of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) temporary modification to allow the temporary removal of prohibitions on exports, reexports, retransfers, and temporary imports of non-lethal defense articles and defense services destined for or originating in the Republic of Cyprus (Cyprus) through September 30, 2022, unless modified.

The Department of State published a document in the Federal Register of September 7, 2021, concerning sanctions and waivers under the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control and Warfare Elimination Act of 1991. One of the sanctions measures included an incorrect citation to the U.S. Munitions Import List.

The Department of State is issuing this Notice to add an agenda item for the next meeting of the Cultural Property Advisory Committee, which will be held on October 5, 6, and 8, 2021.

The Department of State is seeking Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the information collection described below. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we are requesting comments on this collection from all interested individuals and organizations. The purpose of this notice is to allow 60 days for public comment preceding submission of the collection to OMB.
