Request for Comments Regarding Review of United States Munitions List Categories IV and XV
As part of its work with the National Space Council, the Department of State requests comments from the public to inform its review of the controls implemented in recent revisions to Categories IV and XV of the United States Munitions List (USML). The Department periodically reviews USML categories to ensure that they are clear, do not inadvertently control items in normal commercial use, account for technological developments, and properly implement the national security and foreign policy objectives of the United States.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we are requesting comments on this collection from all interested individuals and organizations. Notice of Determinations; Culturally Significant Object Imported for Exhibition-Determinations: “The American Pre-Raphaelites: Radical Realists” Exhibition
Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that a certain object to be included in the exhibition ``The American Pre-Raphaelites: Radical Realists,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, is of cultural significance. The object is imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit object at the National Gallery of Art, Washington, District of Columbia, from on or about April 14, 2019, until on or about July 21, 2019, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.
