Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain component objects of a certain work of art entitled ``In Pursuit of Bling,'' to be included in the exhibition ``Otobong Nkanga: To Dig a Hole that Collapses Again,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The component objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit component objects as configured in the aforesaid work of art, at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, in Chicago, Illinois, from on or about March 31, 2018, until on or about September 2, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation; Determinations Regarding Use of Chemical Weapons by North Korea Under the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control and Warfare Elimination Act of 1991
The United States Government has determined that the Government of North Korea has used chemical weapons in violation of international law or lethal chemical weapons against its own nationals. The following is notice of sanctions to be imposed as required by law.

On February 23, 2018, notice was published on page 8146 of the Federal Register (volume 83, number 37) of determinations pertaining to certain objects to be included in an exhibition entitled ``Dead Sea Scrolls: The Exhibition.'' The referenced notice is hereby corrected to state that the determinations set forth therein were made by Alyson Grunder, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Department of State, pursuant to the authorities listed in the Supplementary Information section of the referenced notice.
