The Department of State has submitted the information collection described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 we are requesting comments on this collection from all interested individuals and organizations. The purpose of this Notice is to allow 30 days for public comment.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects to be included in the exhibition ``Wiener Werkst[auml]tte, 1903-1932: The Luxury of Beauty,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Neue Galerie New York, in New York, New York, from on or about October 26, 2017, until on or about January 29, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects to be exhibited in the galleries of the Department of Musical Instruments of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the aforesaid galleries of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, New York, from on or about March 1, 2018, until on or about September 30, 2022, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that a certain object entitled ``The Seine near Rouen,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, is of cultural significance. The object is imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit object at The J. Paul Getty Museum at the Getty Center, Los Angeles, California, from on or about October 1, 2017, until on or about February 28, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

The Department of State is seeking Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the information collection described below. The purpose of this notice is to allow 60 days for public comment preceding submission of the collection to OMB.

Ombudsperson Mechanism Records includes information about individuals who have submitted requests relating to national security access to data transmitted to the United States pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework Ombudsperson Mechanism and any similar mechanism established between the United States and another country or countries. The system assists in the overall management of the request review process and the provision of responses thereto by facilitating accurate and up-to-date record keeping.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that a certain object to be included in the exhibition ``Stephen Shore,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, is of cultural significance. The object is imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit object at The Museum of Modern Art, New York, New York, from on or about November 19, 2017, until on or about May 28, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

The Department of State is issuing this notice to announce the location, date, time and agenda for the next meeting of the Cultural Property Advisory Committee.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects to be included in the exhibition ``Mark Tobey: Threading Light,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Addison Gallery of American Art at Phillips Academy, Andover, Massachusetts, from on or about November 4, 2017, until on or about March 11, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects to be included in the exhibition ``Julius Klinger: Posters for a Modern Age,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at The WolfsonianFlorida International University, Miami Beach, Florida, from on or about October 6, 2017, until on or about April 1, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that a certain object entitled ``Inlaid Brass Candlestick from Iran,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, is of cultural significance. The object is imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit object at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, New York, from on or about October 1, 2017, until on or about September 30, 2022, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

The President of the United States has authority to require permits for transboundary infrastructure projects based on his Constitutional powers over foreign affairs and national security. The Department is issuing this notice to describe the procedures it intends to follow with respect to transfers of ownership or control over cross- border facilities subject to Executive Order 11423, as amended, and Executive Order 13337, as well as changes of name of an entity holding a Presidential permit. This notice supersedes a previous notice, Public Notice 5092 (Procedures for Issuance of a Presidential Permit Where There Has Been a Transfer of the Underlying Facility, Bridge or Border Crossing for Land Transportation, 70 FR 30990, May 31, 2005), in its entirety.

This final rule clarifies procedures for waiver of documentary requirements due to an unforeseen emergency for nonimmigrants seeking admission to the United States.
