On April 15, 2010, notice was published on pages 19668-19669 of the Federal Register (volume 75, number 72) of determination made by the Department of State pertaining to the exhibit ``From Xanadu to Dadu: The World of Khubilai Khan.'' The reference notice is corrected to accommodate additional objects to be included in the exhibition, and the exhibit name is now titled, ``The World of Khubilai Khan: Chinese Art in the Yuan Dynasty.'' Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Act of October 19, 1965 (79 Stat. 985; 22 U.S.C. 2459), Executive Order 12047 of March 27, 1978, the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 (112 Stat. 2681, et seq.; 22 U.S.C. 6501 note, et seq.), Delegation of Authority No. 234 of October 1, 1999, and Delegation of Authority No. 236-3 of August 28, 2000, I hereby determine that the additional objects to be included in the exhibition ``The World of Khubilai Khan: Chinese Art in the Yuan Dynasty,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. Bureau of Verification, Compliance, and Implementation; Imposition of Sanctions Against Foreign Entities, Including a Ban on U.S. Government Procurement
A determination has been made that a number of foreign entities and one foreign person have engaged in activities that warrant the imposition of measures pursuant to Section 3 of the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act. The Act provides for penalties on entities and individuals for the transfer to or acquisition from Iran since January 1, 1999, the transfer to or acquisition from Syria since January 1, 2005, or the transfer to or acquisition from North Korea since January 1, 2006, of equipment and technology controlled under multilateral control lists (Missile Technology Control Regime, Australia Group, Chemical Weapons Convention, Nuclear Suppliers Group, Wassenaar Arrangement) or otherwise having the potential to make a material contribution to the development of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) or cruise or ballistic missile systems. The latter category includes (a) items of the same kind as those on multilateral lists but falling below the control list parameters, when it is determined that such items have the potential of making a material contribution to WMD or cruise or ballistic missile systems, (b) other items with the potential of making such a material contribution, when added through case-by-case decisions, and (c) items on U.S. national control lists for WMD/missile reasons that are not on multilateral lists.

Notice of Receipt of Request To Amend the Presidential Permit for an International Bridge on the U.S.-Mexico Border at Eagle Pass, Texas and Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico
The Department of State hereby gives notice that, on June 1, 2010, it received from Eagle Pass, Texas, a request to amend the Presidential permit that the Department issued in 1996 for the Eagle Pass II International Bridge on the U.S.-Mexico border at Eagle Pass, Texas and Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico. The permittee proposes to revise article 10 of the permit so it may begin to collect rent from the Federal government for the continued use of the bridge's inspection facilities.
