The exemption permits: (1) the acquisition, on August 3, 2020, by the Occidental Petroleum Corporation Savings Plan (the Oxy Plan) and the Anadarko Employee Savings Plan (the Anadarko Plan; together, the Plans), of stock warrants (the Warrants) issued by Occidental Petroleum Company, a party in interest with respect to the Plans; and (2) the holding of the Warrants.
