The Department of Labor (the Department), in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, provides the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and continuing collections of information. This helps the Department assess the impact of its information collection requirements and minimize the public's reporting burden. It also helps the public understand the Department's information collection requirements and provide the requested data in the desired format. The Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) is soliciting comments on the proposed renewal of the information collection requests (ICRs) contained in the documents described below. A copy of the ICRs may be obtained by contacting the office listed in the ADDRESSES section of this notice. ICRs also are available at reginfo.gov (https://www.reginfo.gov/public/do/PRAMain).

VETS is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish a notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information and to allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments on four (4) separate collections of information: VETS 401 entitled Jobs for Veterans State Grant Budget Information Summary, VETS 402A or VETS 402B entitled Jobs for Veterans State Grant Expenditure Detail Report, VETS 403 entitled Jobs for Veterans State Grant Technical Performance Narrative, and VETS 501 entitled Jobs for Veterans State Grant Staffing Directory. The information collection contained in this notice is an extension with revisions. VETS is soliciting comments on the continuation of the approved information collections.
Advisory Committee on Veterans' Employment, Training and Employer Outreach (ACVETEO): Meeting

This notice sets forth the schedule and proposed agenda of a forthcoming meeting of the ACVETEO. The ACVETEO will discuss the DOL core programs and services that assist veterans seeking employment and raise employer awareness as to the advantages of hiring veterans. There will be an opportunity for individuals or organizations to address the committee. Any individual or organization that wishes to do so should contact Mr. Gregory Green at 202-693-4734. Individuals who will need accommodations for a disability in order to attend the meeting (e.g., interpreting services, assistive listening devices, and/or materials in alternative format) should notify the Advisory Committee no later than Wednesday, April 17, 2019 by contacting Mr. Gregory Green at 202-693-4734.
