Hearing on Reasonable Contracts or Arrangements Under Section 408(b)(2)-Fee Disclosure
Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Labor (the Department) is changing the date for the previously scheduled public hearing on the proposed regulation under section 408(b)(2) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the related proposed class exemption. The notice that originally scheduled the public hearing for March 20, 2008, and March 21 (if necessary) was published in the Federal Register on February 27, 2008, at 73 FR 10405.
Continuing Information Collection Request for the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Facilitation of Claimant Reemployment; Comment Request
As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, the Department of Labor (Department) conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA95) [44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)]. This program helps to ensure that the requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. Petitions for Modification
Section 101(c) of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 and 30 CFR part 44 govern the application, processing, and disposition of petitions for modification. Powered Industrial Trucks Standard; Extension of the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) Approval of Information Collection (Paperwork) Requirements
OSHA solicits comments concerning its proposal to extend OMB approval of the information collection requirements contained in the Powered Industrial Truck Standard (29 CFR 1910.178). The information collection requirements addresses truck design, construction, and modification, as well as certification of training and evaluation for truck operators.
Office of Job Corps; Advisory Committee on Job Corps; Meeting
On August 22, 2006, the Advisory Committee on Job Corps (ACJC) was established in accordance with the provisions of the Workforce Investment Act and the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The Committee was established to advance Job Crops' new vision for student achievement aimed at 21st century high-growth employment. This Committee will also evaluate Job Corps program characteristics, including its purpose, goals, and effectiveness, efficiency, and performance measures in order to address the critical issues facing the provision of job training and education to the youth population that it serves. The Committee may provide other advice and recommendations with regard to identifying and overcoming problems, planning program or center development or strengthening relations between Job Corps and agencies, institutions, or groups engaged in related activities.

Labor Organization Annual Financial Reports
The Department of Labor's Employment Standards Administration (``ESA'') proposes to promulgate a rule that establishes a form to be used by labor organizations to file trust annual financial reports with ESA's Office of Labor-Management Standards (``OLMS''), provides appropriate instructions, and revises relevant sections of 29 CFR Part 403 relating to such reports. The proposed changes are made pursuant to section 208 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (``LMRDA''), 29 U.S.C. 438. The proposed rule will apply prospectively.
