The Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division, will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register at 80 FR 50324, on August 19, 2015, allowing for a 60 day comment period.
Paroling, Recommitting, and Supervising Federal Prisoners: Prisoners Serving Sentences Under the United States and District of Columbia Codes
The U.S. Parole Commission is adopting a final rule to apply the parole guidelines of the former District of Columbia Board of Parole that were in effect until March 4, 1985 in its parole decisionmaking for D.C. Code prisoners who committed their offenses while those guidelines were in effect.
