Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD), proposes a new Privacy Act System of Records titled, Customer Relationship Management, to include all "Customer Relationship Management" systems in use by HUD. This notice incorporates the One Stop Customer Service, HUD Central, and Microsoft Dynamics systems. HUD's Customer Relation Management systems are designed to track, organize, rout, and respond to HUD's customer, which includes members of the public, individuals or organizations doing business with HUD, and other stakeholders who have an interest in how HUD operates.

Notice of HUD-Held Non Vacant Loan Sales (HNVLS 2025-1)
This notice announces HUD's intention to competitively offer approximately 1,180 home equity conversion mortgages (HECM, or reverse mortgage loans) secured by occupied properties with a loan balance of approximately $500 million. The sale will consist of due and payable Secretary-held reverse mortgage loans. The mortgage loans consist of first liens secured by real property that is occupied, where the borrower and co-borrowing spouse are deceased, and heirs have not come forward in the time elapsed. The Secretary will prioritize up to 50 percent of the offered assets for award to nonprofit organizations or governmental entity bidders with a documented housing mission. This notice also generally describes the bidding process for the sale and certain entities who are ineligible to bid. This is the first sale offering of its type and will be held on December 11, 2024.

Privacy Act of 1974; Matching Program
Pursuant to the Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act of 1988, as amended, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is providing notice of its intent to re-establish a computer matching agreement (CMA) with the Social Security Administration (SSA) for a recurring matching program with HUD's Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH) and Office of Housing, involving comparisons of Social Security numbers (SSN) and benefit information provided by participants in any authorized HUD rental housing assistance program. HUD will obtain SSA data and make the results available to: Program administrators such as public housing agencies (PHAs) and private owners and management agents (O/As) (collectively referred to as POAs) to enable them to verify the accuracy of income reported by the tenants (participants) of HUD rental assistance programs, and contract administrators (CAs) overseeing and monitoring O/A operations as well as independent public auditors (IPAs) that audit both PHAs and O/As. The most recent renewal of the current matching agreement expires on October 15, 2024.
