Order of Succession for the Office of Departmental Operations and Coordination
In this notice, the Director, Office of Departmental Operations and Coordination, Department of Housing and Urban Development, designates the Order of Succession for the Office of Departmental Operations and Coordination. This Order of Succession supersedes any previous Order of Succession for the Office of Departmental Operations and Coordination.
Delegation of Authority for the Office of Departmental Operations and Coordination
Through this notice, the Secretary delegates to the Director of Departmental Operations and Coordination authority and responsibility for departmental operations and coordination, specifically relating to quality management reviews, labor relations, and the Southwest Borders Initiative. This delegation supersedes all previous delegations of authority to the Office of Departmental Operations and Coordination (ODOC).
Notice of Submission of Proposed Information Collection to OMB; Application for Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control Grant Programs and Quality Assurance Plans
The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. This information collection is required in conjunction with the issuance of Notice of Funding Availability of approximately for Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control Programs that are authorized under Title X of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992, Public Law 102- 550, Section 1011, and other legislation. The quality Assurance Plan is obtained after the award of grants.
