U.S. Customs and Border Protection November 2020 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC) will hold its quarterly meeting on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. The meeting will be open to the public via webinar only. There is no on- site, in-person option for this quarterly meeting.

This document announces the decision of the Secretary of Homeland Security (Secretary) to continue to temporarily limit the travel of individuals from Mexico into the United States at land ports of entry along the United States-Mexico border. Such travel will be limited to ``essential travel,'' as further defined in this document.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) of the Department of Homeland Security will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The information collection is published in the Federal Register to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. Comments are encouraged and must be submitted no later than January 22, 2021 to be assured of consideration.
